Gave me the contact information for GAITAN
James Farner, hazmat field manager for BNSF.
Contacted James, he stated that lime powder was released from a hopper/shoot
that was not closed. He stated that the hopper holds up 5,000 cubic feet of lime,
but he believes a lot less was released. He stated that an approximately
8-inch-wide trail of lime were released on to the train tracks within the Stockton
Rail Yard.
