APPROXIMATELY 15X15 IN SIZE. COMPLAINANT <br />STATES THERE IS NO OWNER OR MANAGE OF THE MOBILE HOME PARK. HOMELESS PEOPLE HOOKED UP A WASHING MACHINE WHICH <br />DUMPED GREY WATER INTO A CLEAN OUT. THE CLEAN OUT OVERFLOWS WITH SEWAGE FREQUENTLY. Auto Ave Space #19. Received complaint from Jeff Wong. See AHMED <br />description of the complaint. <br />Arrived at the site and observed surfacing sewage coming out of uncapped clean <br />out which is located behind space 19 trailer. See attached photos. Per complaint <br />there is a washer machine which is hooked up and dumps grey water into the <br />clean out. I did observe a washer machine next to the clean out. However I could <br />not verify how or where it is hooked up to. See attached photos. Notice to abate <br />generated and posted on the trailer. I could verify if anyone was home. Trailer door <br />was locked and no one answered my call. No manager present at the site. <br />Investigation show previous certified NTA sent out to the owner which returned <br />back to EHD. Sent email to county code enforcement letting them know of <br />nuisance. <br />This chargeable time includes inspection time and office follow up. <br />Complaint given to Jeff Wong for further investigation. <br />01/25/2021 Auto 1914. Reviewed. Called complainant. Spoke to Mike and Nassem. Noticed WONG <br />multiple complaints still active for Housing and Solid Waste, and they've been <br />having meetings with Code Enforcement regularly. Michael Kith told me to hand <br />the complaint to Scott Sangalang in Housing. Did. <br />02/03/2021 Auto 1914. Reviewed new photos sent by complainant on 2/2/21 and how owner WONG <br />Howard Fairbanks still lives in Utah but he has not been responding to our NAI or <br />attempts at contact. Printed photos and attached to existing multi-complaints with <br />both sewage and housing. Spoke to Scott S., he confirmed they have weekly <br />meetings with CDD and are currently on a holding pattern until County Council can <br />make a decision about the next step to enforcement. <br />Abated By: <br />5105. rpt <br />Page 1 of 2
