Backus, Garrett [EHD]
From: Backus, Garrett [EHD]
Sent: Wednesday, June 16, 2021 9:21 AM
To: 'The Spot'
Subject: RE: invoice & records
Attachments: Hazardous Waste Return to Compliance form.pdf; HMBP Return to Compliance
Form.pdf; Hazardous Waste Report.pdf, HMBP report.pdf
Thank for the information. To close out the last hazardous waste violations I need a written statement that the
November 2020 oil filter disposal receipt cannot be found. In the future we will keep all oil filter disposal receipts. Also
since the last oil filter disposal was in November, you are now past the 180 day limit to get the filters disposed of
again. Please send me the filter disposal receipt for the filters currently on site.
Also,to close out the hazardous materials business plan violations, go onto CERS and answer"yes"to the hazardous
materials question and fill out the inventory, site map, contingency plan and training plan sections. At the time of
inspection, the site had 3 x 55 gallon containers of used oil and 1x 55 gallon container of cleaning solvent. These
chemicals were above threshold for HMBP reporting. Submit this info in CERS.
Garrett Backus, Ld.
