Several <br /> violations are still open. <br /> Provide a copy of your used oil filter disposal record for the filters seen on-site during the April inspection. The last <br /> removal of filters, according to Sean,was in November and that disposal record cannot be found. Hazardous waste <br /> must be disposed of within 180 days of generation and the filters seen in April have now been on-site for more than 180 <br /> days. <br /> Submit the inventory information to CERS for the hazardous materials seen during the April inspection:transmission <br /> fluid, motor oil, used oil, cleaning solvent. <br /> Upload the site map to the correct section under the inventory heading. <br /> Provide a statement that the hazardous materials business plan is available for review by employees. <br /> Thank you, <br /> Garrett Backus, Ld.
