FACILITY CLOSED WAITING FOR INSPECTOR TO CLEAR THEM <br /> TO OPEN." <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #14 Food Contact Surfaces Sanitized or Warewashing Sanitization <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Many of the customer plates in the affected area have puddled water/debris on them.Wash, rinse and <br /> sanitize plates prior to use for customer's food. <br /> All plates taken to the dish pit to be run through the dish machine. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All food contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean and sanitized. Fryers were drained of contaminated oil. <br /> Fryers were cleaned and sanitized. New fryer oil was being added to the fryers at time of inspection. Per Partner of facility,the <br /> fryers will not be used tonight.A joint inspection/investigation of the ANSUL system will be conducted in about 1 week with the <br /> facility and the fire department to determine why the fire alarm was not activated.
