Upon issuance of new copies or revisions, it is the responsibility of the <br /> construction manager to notify the Contractor of the revisions,provide revised contract <br /> documents, and order the recall of all non-revised copies of the contract documents. <br /> 2.3.2 Project Control of As-Built Information <br /> As-built information generated by the Contractor and CQA organization is controlled <br /> by the CQA Manager. During the progress of the work, the CQA Manager obtains as- <br /> built information provided from the CQA Monitors, Contractor, surveyors, or others. <br /> At the completion of the project, this information is presented with the FCR. The as- <br /> built drawings set must be maintained on-site and be clearly marked as Record <br /> Drawings. <br /> 2.3.3 Project Control of Forms <br /> Daily report forms, test report forms, and other project forms are controlled by the CQA <br /> Manager who maintains a master of each form for copies. Upon issuance of a new <br /> form, the CQA Manager must recall and remove all superseded copies along with the <br /> master, notify the CQA Monitors, and provide new copies for their use. <br /> 2.3.4 Processing Daily Reports <br /> The CQA Monitors write a daily record of work progress. The daily reports are <br /> reviewed by the CQA Manager for legibility, clarity, traceability, and completeness. <br /> The review must be evidenced by signature. Daily reports are submitted to the <br /> construction manager on a daily basis and are maintained at the site.
