Your CAR certificate, <br /> which is valid for three years from the approval date, is enclosed. <br /> After reviewing and approving a CAR application for conformance with section 25211.4 <br /> of the Health and Safety Coda, DTSC is required to transmit all application documents <br /> to the Certified Unified Program Agency (COPA) in whose Jurisdiction your business is <br /> located.
