Site Safety and Health Plan <br />Stockton Field Maintenance Shop #24 <br />8020 Airport Way, Stockton, CA <br />San Joaquin General Hospital <br />500 West Hospital Road <br />French Camp, CA95231 <br />(209) 468-6000 <br />7.8 LOST-TIME INJURIES/ILLNESSES <br />The occupational physician will evaluate any employee who loses time due to a workplace injury <br />or illness during the period of the contract. The physician will complete appropriate forms and <br />provide the supervisor with a copy, clearing the employee for return to work. Reports of all such <br />accidents will be maintained at the sites. <br />7.9 RECORDS <br />Accurate medical records will be maintained by the occupational physician, in accordance with <br />29 CFR 1910.120 and 8 OCR 5192. Employees will be permitted access to all medical records <br />following the procedures outlined in Star' Safety and Health Procedures. <br />7.10 HEAT AND COLD STRESS <br />Star' heat and cold stress program is contained in Section 9.0 of this SSHP. Heat and cold <br />stress awareness training will be conducted on a frequent basis if the temperatures change <br />drastically. <br />26 Star Resources Corp.
