All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible MAJOR <br />OBSERVATIONS: Hand sink in Deli Department back prep area, has broken paper towels dispenser and I observe paper <br />roll by the hand wash station to be used. Repair/ replace paper towels dispenser in 1 week. <br />Hand sink in Produce Department, is lacking paper towels and paper towels dispenser is not functioning properly. Provide <br />paper towels today and repair/ replace paper towels dispenser i 1 week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br />maintained in good repair. (113953.2) Adequate facilities shall be provided for hand washing, food preparation and the washing of <br />utensils and equipment. (113953, 113953.1, 114067(f)) <br /> #21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available MAJOR <br />OBSERVATIONS: 3 comp sinks in meat department and in produce department, mop sink in the back of the house, non <br />adjustable hand sinks in meat department and produce department, have temp at 87F, 82F, 82F, 81F and 81F respectively. <br />Provide 120F or more for all ware wash sinks and 100F -108F for all non adjustable hand sinks today. <br />Non adjustable hand sink, in the back prep are of Deli/ Bakery Department, has temp at 118F.
