<br />OBSERVATIONS: Deli/ Bakery Department walk in cooler door is kept open during my inspection as the door is not easily
<br />closed by employees after storing food in the cooling unit. Close door at all times and repair the door in 1 week.

<br />OBSERVATIONS: Deli/ Bakery department prep sink has water faucet unit not secured to the wall and leaking from faucet
<br />neck as well as faucet is so loose. Secure faucet unit, repair leakage and looseness of the faucet in 2 weeks.
<br />Meat Department meat display cooler pipe, draining in the nearby floor sink, is lacking air gap. Provide air gap 1 inch
<br />minimum off the floor sink in 1 week.
<br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The potable water supply shall be protected with a backflow or back siphonage protection device, as required
<br />by applicable plumbing codes. (114192) All plumbing and plumbing fixtures shall be installed in compliance with local plumbing
