Gave me contact information GAITAN <br />to Celia Barajas, Environmental Field Scientist, PGE. <br />Notified me that a farmer located at 21915 Sexton Rd. Escalon, CA 95420 hit a <br />pole with two mounted transformers with his tractor. She stated approximately 25 <br />gallons of transformer oil was released and no waterways were impacted. She <br />stated that clean up would not be performed today and that the pole-mounted <br />transformer will be repaired and impacted area will be covered with a tarp. Celia <br />stated clean up would be pending USA dig. Contacted Michelle Henry 'Lead <br />Senior REHSI discussed release with her, based on discussion it was decided I <br />would observe spill site tomorrow and would request photos of initial impact area. <br />Contacted Celia and requested photos of spill area. Celia stated she would send <br />photos to my email as soon as possible. Received and reviewed photos, spill area <br />appeared to be next to orchard and the impact area appeared to be approximately <br />20 by 10 feet. Forward copies of photos to Michelle. Contacted Celia, discussed <br />photos, and requested to keep me updated if scheduling changes for clean up, <br />she stated that PSC was contracted to clean up the spill. She stated they were out <br />there with PGE employees and will assess clean up once the pole-mounted <br />transformer is repaired and replaced. <br />Contacted Michelle and updated her on complaint. Generated complaint number. <br />9:12 pm. <br />12/29/2020 10:48 pm Received text message from Celia Barajas, Env. Field Scientist, PGE. GAITAN <br />Notified me that she gave my contact information to Anthony, Foreman for PSC. <br />She stated that some clean up will be performed sometime tonight or tomorrow <br />morning pending how long it takes to replace pole mounted transformer. I <br />requested if Anthony could take photos and contact me if clean up is performed <br />and nearing completion. <br />12/30/2020 6:18 am Read notification from Anthony, Foreman for PSC. Message stated that GAITAN <br />clean up was completed.
