B Street <br />Stockton CA 95206 <br />ENF0005754 ) <br />Docket No. 19-FA0024775 <br />CONSENT ORDER <br />[California Health and Safety Code Sectioi <br />25404.1.1] <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department, which is the Certified Unified <br />Program Agency (the "CUPA") for San Joaquin County, and Worldwide Flight Services, <br />Inc. (Respondent) have entered into this Consent Order and agree as follows: <br />1. Respondent handles and stores hazardous material at 4725 S. B Street, <br />Stockton CA 95206 (the "Site"). <br />2. The CUPA inspected the Site on July 31, 2018. <br />3. The CUPA alleges the following violations: <br />3.1 The Respondent violated HSC 25508(x)(1), failed to electronically <br />submit a business plan. The facility's business plan was not submitt <br />ed <br />electronically to the California Environmental Reporting System (GFRs). As of <br />January <br />1, 2013, all businesses were required to submit all business plans <br />electronically.
