SAN J D AR I N Environmental Health Department <br /> I Y <br /> Large Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> TRACY TOYOTA 2895 N NAGLEE RD, TRACY April 29, 2021 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. <br /> The following containers did not have accumulation start date: <br /> -A 20 gallon waste gasoline container in the Service Department did not have an accumulation start date.An <br /> accumulation start date was written on site. <br /> -A black 55 gallon metal drum in the Service Department containing undrained used metal fuel filters did not have <br /> an accumulation start date.An accumulation start date was written on site. <br /> -A black 55 gallon metal drum in the Service Department containing used paper fuel filters did not have an <br /> accumulation start date.An accumulation start date was written on site. <br /> -A black 55 gallon metal drums in the Quick Lube station containing used paper fuel filters did not have an <br /> accumulation start date.An accumulation start date was written on site. <br /> -A black 55 gallon metal drums in the Quick Lube station containing undrained used metal fuel filters did not have <br /> an accumulation start date.An accumulation start date was written on site. <br /> The following container did not have a label: <br /> -A black 55 gallon metal drum in the compressor room containing undrained used metal fuel filters did not have a <br /> hazardous waste label. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents), accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the black 55 gallon metal drum in the compressor room containing <br /> undrained used metal fuel filter as required for hazardous waste.
