g. PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: 1. All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas shall be surfaced and permanently maintained with base material of appropriate depth and asphalt concrete or Portland cement concrete to provide a durable,dust free surface. Bumper guards shall be provided when necessary to protect adjacent structures or properties. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[e]) 2. A minimum of 615 parking spaces shall be provided, (Development Title Section 9-1015.9) 3. Parking spaces for persons with disability shall be provided as required by Chapters 11 A and 11 B of the California Building Code. 4. designated spaces must be provided in convenient locations for accessible, carpool/vanpool/clean-air vehicle, motorcycle and bicycle parking, as required by the State of California and San Joaquin County. For sites with 2 or more buildings greater than 40,000 square feet each,the pole height in parking areas and along parking aisles may be up to 25 feet high, provided that the poles are not located within 20 feet of a building or street right-of-way line.
