g. PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> 1. All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas shall be surfaced and permanently <br /> maintained with base material of appropriate depth and asphalt concrete or Portland cement <br /> concrete to provide a durable,dust free surface. Bumper guards shall be provided when necessary <br /> to protect adjacent structures or properties. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[e]) <br /> 2. A minimum of 615 parking spaces shall be provided, (Development Title Section 9-1015.9) <br /> 3. Parking spaces for persons with disability shall be provided as required by Chapters 11 A and 11 B <br /> of the California Building Code. <br /> 4. designated spaces must be provided in convenient locations for accessible, <br /> carpool/vanpool/clean-air vehicle, motorcycle and bicycle parking, as required by the State of <br /> California and San Joaquin County. No spillover beyond the <br /> property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that such <br /> light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. Any street lighting will conform to the San Joaquin County minimum illumination level standards <br /> and performance standards for public streets. For sites with 2 or more buildings greater than 40,000 square feet each,the pole height in parking <br /> areas and along parking aisles may be up to 25 feet high, provided that the poles are not located <br /> within 20 feet of a building or street right-of-way line. Walkway lighting must have zero cut-off fixtures mounted at a uniform height no more than 15 feet <br /> above the walkway.
