<br /> I. SCREENING AND LOADING:Screening and loading shall be provided and comply with the following:
<br /> 1. All roof top equipment shall be screened by building parapet or other screen element so as not to

<br /> 2. Equipment should be screened so that all exterior components of plumbing, processing, heating,
<br /> cooling and ventilation systems are not directly visible from within the lot or adjoining open space,

<br /> 3. No portion of the site shall be used in a manner that creates a nuisance to adjacent sites or streets
<br /> such as, but not limited to,vibration,sound,radiation,electro-mechanical disturbance, air or water

<br /> 4. Transformers shall be screened from view by landscaping or screen waifs. If placed near a street

<br /> 5. Service, storage maintenance, loading and refuse collection areas shall be located out of view of
<br /> public roadways and buildings on adjacent sites,or shall be screened by dense landscaping and/or

<br /> 6. Loading dock areas shall be set back, recessed and screened from view by walls, planting or a

<br /> 7. All outdoor refuse containers shall be screened by a 6 foot high enclosure.The enclosure shall be

<br /> also be generally compatible with the architectural vocabulary of the development and shall be
