Service, storage maintenance, loading and refuse collection areas shall be located out of view of <br /> public roadways and buildings on adjacent sites,or shall be screened by dense landscaping and/or <br /> architectural barriers. Loading dock areas shall be set back, recessed and screened from view by walls, planting or a <br /> combination, or set at the back of the building so as to minimize visibility from adjacent properties <br /> or streets.
