Prior to issuance of the certificate of occupancy or temporary certificate of occupancy, the following <br /> access driveway shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin County <br /> Improvement Standards(Development Title Section 9-1145.5); <br /> 1. Extension of Earhart Avenue <br /> d. Prior to issuance of the certificate of occupancy or temporary certificate of occupancy, the following <br /> access driveway shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of the City of Stockton <br /> Improvement Standards: <br /> 1. Southern leg of the Arch-Airport Road — Giannecchini Lane intersection including returns with <br /> accessibility ramps. <br /> e. The frontage(roadway) improvements for Arch-Airport Road between Ruggles Frontage Road and B <br /> Street shall be constructed to provide two eastbound lanes prior to issuance of the certificate of <br /> occupancy or temporary certificate of occupancy. Improvement plans and specifications prepared by <br /> a registered civil engineer shall be submitted for review and must be approved by the City of Stockton. <br /> f. The frontage (roadway) improvements for Arch-Airport Road between Pock Lane and Giannecchini <br /> Lane shall be constructed in conformance with the Stockton Metropolitan Airport Special Purpose Plan <br /> and must include two eastbound lanes and street lighting prior to the issuance of the certificate of <br /> occupancy or temporary certificate of occupancy. Improvement plans and specifications prepared by <br /> a registered civil engineer shall be submitted for review and must be approved by the City of Stockton. <br /> g. Existing Arch-Airport Road between Pock Lane and Giannecchini Lane shall be restriped for two <br /> eastbound lanes prior to issuance of the certificate of occupancy or temporary certificate of occupancy. <br /> Improvement plans and specifications prepared by a registered civil engineer shall be submitted for <br /> review and must be approved by the City of Stockton. <br /> PA-2100059 —Conditions of Approval 8 <br />
