h. Prior to issuance of the occupancy permit,a traffic signal shall be constructed at the Arch-Airport Road <br /> and Pock Lane intersection. Improvement plans and specifications prepared by a registered civil <br /> engineer shall be submitted for review and must be approved by the City of Stockton and the San <br /> Joaquin County Department of Public Works. <br /> As an interim measure until such time as the City of Stockton's traffic signal project is completed and <br /> accepted, the following interim improvements/measures shall be constructedlimplemented; <br /> 1, Improvements to direct all truck traffic related to this project to the B Street and Arch-Airport Road <br /> intersection as well as limiting passenger vehicle traffic to right in/right out at the intersection of <br /> Arch-Airport Road and Giannecchini Lane and the intersection of Arch-Airport Road and Pock <br /> Lane are required; or, <br /> 2. A temporary roadway connection to existing Clantas Lane designed to accommodate truck traffic <br /> tolfrom the project.The connection shall be located at an approved distance from the intersection <br /> of Qantas Lane and Arch-Airport Road to allow safe turning movements and provide acceptable <br /> vehicle queue lengths. Improvement plans and specifications prepared by a registered civil <br /> engineer shall be submitted for review and must be approved by San Joaquin County Department <br /> of Public Works. <br /> Note: Any improvements within City of Stockton right-of-way shall be submitted for review and <br /> must be approved by the City of Stockton. <br /> i. Sewer pipelines connected to the existing sewer stub at the Pock Lane and Earhart Avenue <br /> intersection and extending along the west side of Building 4 within future Pock Lane extension. <br /> PA-2100059—Conditions of Approval 9 <br />
