Water system infrastructure.connections to the existing water pipelines at Arch-Airport Road and <br /> Giannecchini Lane; and Pock Lane and Earhart Avenue.The water pipelines shall extend around <br /> Building 4 as depicted on the phase 1 improvements site plan dated August 20, 2021. The water <br /> pipelines shall extend along the west side of Building 4 within future Pock Lane extension. <br /> 3. Storm drainage system infrastructure!the on-site collection system for Building 4 and the Building <br /> 4 parking lot shall be directed to storm drainage transmission pipelines.The transmission pipelines <br /> shall be constructed per City of Stockton Standards and be located within future roadway <br /> alignments and/or public utility easements. <br /> 4. A Storm drainage basin shall be required to be constructed adjacent to the future Buildings 1 and <br /> 2 and designed, at a minimum,to contain the required runoff from the site per the City of Stockton <br /> Improvement Standards. <br /> I. Public utility easements shall be required where utilities are including future roadway alignments. <br /> m. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this application. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by <br /> the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. (Resolution <br /> R-00-433) <br /> n. The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required For this application. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application.The fee will be based on the current schedule at the <br /> lime of payment. (Resolution R-06-38) <br /> o. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is <br /> due and payable at the time of building permit application. The fee will be based on the current <br /> schedule at the time of payment. (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolutions R-91-327, R- <br /> 94-185 and R-97-5) <br /> p. The developer shall provide drainage facilities in accordance with the City of Stockton Improvement <br /> Standards. Completion of the storm drainage facilities are required prior to the issuance of the <br /> certificate of occupancy or temporary certificate of occupancy. <br /> q. All new construction and the substantial improvement of any structure or tanks in the area of special <br /> flood hazard shall be elevated or floodproofed in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance <br /> Code Section 9-1605.12. <br /> r. Applicant shall submit the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) to Public Works. A copy <br /> of the approved SWPPP and all required records, updates, test results and inspection reports shall be <br /> maintained on the construction site and be available for review upon request. <br /> s. The owner shall enter into an agreement with San Joaquin County for post-construction maintenance <br /> of stormwater quality facilities prior to the issuance of the certificate of occupancy or temporary <br /> certificate of occupancy. <br /> t. Applicant shall file a Notice of Intent(NOI)with the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) <br /> and comply with the State"General Permit for Storm Water Discharges Associated with Construction <br /> Activity". The Waste Discharge Identification Number(WDI❑), issued by SWRCB, shall be submitted <br /> to Public Works for file. Contact the SWRCB at(916) 341-5537 for further information. <br /> u. Standard Best Management Practices for the type of development proposed shall be incorporated into <br /> the site storm drainage design. <br /> v.
