PA-2109959 (IP) Airpark 599 -2- <br /> 1 rn proverne nts <br /> 2-Irnprovements for the City of Stockton (Arch-Airport Road right-of-way improvements: water and sewer <br /> infrastructure) shall be submitted reviewed and approved by the City of Stockton. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS; <br /> ]) An encroachment permit issued by the San Joaquin County Department of Public Works shall be <br /> required for all work within County rights-of-way. (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9- <br /> 1-145.5) <br /> 2) An encroachment permit issued by the City of Stockton shall be required for all work within City of <br /> Stockton road rights-of-way. A copy of the permit shall be provided to San Joaquin County Public <br /> Works for the file. <br /> 3) Prior to issuance of the certificate of occupancy, the following access driveway shall be improved <br /> in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin County Improvement Standards <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.5): <br /> a) Extension of Earhart Avenue <br /> 4) Prior to issuance of the certificate of occupancy, the following access driveway shall be improved <br /> in accordance with the requirements of the City of Stockton Improvement Standards: <br /> a) Southern leg of the Arch-Airport Road — Giannecchini Lane intersection including returns <br /> with accessibility ramps. <br /> 5) The frontage (roadway) improvements for Arch-Airport Road between Ruggles Frontage Road <br /> and B Street shall be constructed to provide two eastbound lanes prior to issuance of the <br /> certificate of occupancy. Improvement pians and specifications prepared by a registered civil <br /> engineer shall be submitted for review and must be approved by the City of Stockton. <br /> 6) The frontage (roadway) improvements for Arch-Airport Road between Pock Lane and <br /> Giannecchini Lane shall be constructed in conformance with the Stockton Metropolitan Airport <br /> Special Purpose Plan and must include two eastbound lanes and street lighting prior to the <br /> issuance of the certificate of occupancy. Improvement plans and specifications prepared by a <br /> registered civil engineer shall be submitted for review and must be approved by the City of <br /> Stockton. <br /> 7) Existing Arch-Airport Road between Pock Lane and Giannecchini Lane shall be restriped for two <br /> eastbound lanes prior to issuance of the certificate of occupancy. Improvement plans and <br /> specifications prepared by a registered civil engineer shall be submitted for review and frust be <br /> approved by the City of Stockton. <br /> 8) Prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. a traffic signal shall be constructed at the Arch-Airport <br /> Road and Pock Lane intersection. improvement plans and specifications prepared by a registered <br /> civil engineer shall be submitted for review and must be approved by the City of Stockton and the <br /> San Joaquin County Department of Public Works. <br />
