County d San Joaquin <br /> STOCKTO N Department of Avialion <br /> MIIR0PratitAN <br /> tark <br /> Sghp( AIRPDRt poilDlector <br /> Airport Director <br /> Regarding Catellus use of B Street, Earhart Avenue and Pock Lane for use as a construction and post <br /> construction traffic entrance, for an unspecified period of time, it is necessary that during the period of <br /> use, Catellus shall at its sole cost and expense, repair any damage to Earhart Avenue, Pock Lane and B <br /> Street attributable to Catellus and their Permitted Users of the Airpark 599 project and Building 4 in <br /> accordance with all appl#cable laws,ordinances, regulations and Godes,Additionaily,as a means to <br /> document the condition of the roadways, prior to construction,every two weeks following the start of <br /> construction and once CATELLLIS no longer requires use of these streets for construction or everyday <br /> use,the Airport requests Catellus use video or photographic media to document each roadway and <br /> provide this documentation to the Airport.
