GDS shall pay their proportionate share of the cost for the design and construction of Class 1V <br /> Bike facility along the project site's frontage, in conformance with the City of Stockton Bicycle <br /> Master Man. <br /> 5. All utilities shall be underground. All costs for redesigning the signal project at Arch AiiportlGiannechenni Ln to include <br /> Giannechenni Ln access to the south will be the ODS' responsibility. <br /> 11. Public fire hydrants will be required on the south frontage of Arch-Airport Way as part of the <br /> frontage improvements. A second point of connection is required for the on-site water line loop that is serving the <br /> property. Preferably, the second point of connection should come from the Pock Lane water line <br /> extension. <br /> 15.
