All agencies receive their share of the Statutory
Payments, except for the City of Stockton, which, by Section 33607.5, may
only elect to receive its share of the first 25% of the Statutory Payments. The
following is a list of affected taxing agencies in the Project Area, according to
the County Auditor-Controller's office:
City of Stockton
County of San Joaquin
Port of Stockton
Stockton Unified School District
San Joaquin Local Health District
Delta Community College District
San Joaquin Mosquito and Vector Control District
San Joaquin County Office of Education
San Joaquin County Flood Control District
San Joaquin County Regional Transit District
San Joaquin County Public Works
Economic Feasibility Analysis
Section D of this Report includes a preliminary list of potential
infrastructure/public facility projects in the Redevelopment Plan and other
potential programs proposed by the Agency. RSG estimates the total cost of
these projects and programs is approximately $140 million, including direct
project costs and financing costs. RSG projects that the Agency will have a
combined total of $140 million in tax increment revenue ($42 million in
housing and $98 million in non housing) available to fund these activities over
the time period the Agency may collect tax increment revenue.
