Photo 2: Building 120 (communications center). The vacant building is not <br />habitable due to asbestos and will likely continue to deteriorate unless the <br />contaminant is removed. <br />Photo 3: Building 24A. This building is vacant due to its poor condition and <br />potential contamination. The roof of the building (as shown in the circle) is overgrown <br />with weeds indicating serious roof and drainage damage. The exterior wall paint is <br />also peeling and is a serious health hazard, since the paint contains asbestos and <br />lead.
