Photo 5: Building 810 (warehouse). The narrow distance between the rail tracks
and the structures hinder the economic viable use of these buildings. The lack of
distance between the buildings handicaps the rail tracks from expanding as modern
rail carts require wider rail tracks. In addition, the ramp on the right leading to the
building is also not wide enough for modern transport equipment such as forklifts,
which require wider ramps.
Photo 6: Building 810 (warehouse). When truck trailers are parked on both sides
of the road, as seen above, there is insufficient space for traffic circulation. The
substandard design not only limits access and activities, but also hinders access to
emergency vehicles in case of fire.
ROSENOW SPEVACEK GROUP, INC.
