o <br />Photo 3: Building 816-916. <br />This building is vacant and unsafe for occupation due to <br />an environmental hazard. RSG estimates that at least one-third of the buildings have <br />similar conditions to the photo shown above. <br />Photo 4: Buildings 812-813 (warehouses). As discussed in Section B, the design <br />of the buildings is defective and hinders the economic viable use of the buildings as a <br />result of the limitation of the setbacks between the two buildings.
