Heavy equipment and drilling truck operations <br />pose additional risks. A Site Safety Officer (SSO) will be present. All workers at the site will be <br />required to have 40-hour OSHA training and participate in site safety meetings, discussions of work <br />safety, and the establishment of sound emergency procedures. Hard hats, eye protection. steel-toed <br />boots, and protective gloves will be worn at the Washington Street facility. <br />5.0 SCHEDULE <br />The work described in this proposal can be initiated within 10 working days following authorization <br />to proceed, contingent upon weather, drilling contractors, and materials availability. The field work <br />should require one day. <br />3
