No other sensitive receptors identified. <br />FACILITY OPERATIONS <br />Summary of site activities Bulk animal feed product storage. None <br />Primarily molasses storage received and distributed from third parties via dock <br />lines, trucks, or railroad tanker. Ships, trucks, and railroad tankers are third party <br />owned. <br />Loading and unloading carried out by United Storage personnel. <br />A rail siding provides for both bottom loading and receipt from rail cars. The <br />siding has a capacity for four rail cars. Spill trays are located along the rail siding <br />in order that all spillage is collected and controlled. <br />Road truck loading is carried out in several areas of the site. Loading areas are <br />equipped for top or bottom feed loading.
