The dock line extends approximately <br />548.6m from the dock to the facility. <br />The dock line extends past the facility and under an agreement with United Storage, <br />provides molasses to Westway, which is located across Washington Street, <br />None <br />Tank alarms/gauges There are no high-level alarms on the tanks. The tanks were visually inspected. <br />Transducer-type gauges are installed on the large tnnks. The operations manager reports <br />that the gauges are in good working order and reliable in operation. No formal system of <br />calibration is performed. The original direct pressure mercury gauges are still in place. <br />Cross-referencing has shown that the transducer-type gauges are operating normally. <br />Loadcells are provided on several of the tanks in the batch mixing area. <br />Mercury could leak from gauges into <br />soil. The mercury gauges should be <br />removed if they are no longer muse. <br />Historical ASTs/USTs A 37,850 litres diesel UST was excavated and removed under guidance of Stockton Fire <br />Department prior to 1991. <br />According to Mr. Dale Matthews, an unidentified 75,700 litres UST filled with sand was <br />uncovered. <br />See Previous Audits / Investigations <br />section. <br />Historical Tank Contents According to Mr. Dale Matthews, the following substances are stored onsite: phosphoric <br />acid, hydrochloric acid, urea, aqua ammonia, molasses, lignin, UltraFerm, condensed <br />sugar by-product (CSB), corn steepwater, ammonium polyphosphate, animal fat, vegetable <br />oil, soy bean oil, salt, limestone, dolomite, potash, clay, whey, mould inhibitors, flavouring <br />agents, various mineral packages, vitamins, and ADE. Some of these substances, <br />including flavouring agents and vitamins, are received and stored on site in 205-litre <br />drums. <br />According to Mr. Dale Matthews, UN 32 and CAN 17 (calcium and ammonium nitrate <br />solution) are no longer stored onsite. <br />None <br />Other Chemicals/Fuels Boiler compound (for boiler water treatment). <br />Full list of chemicals used and stored onsite has been provided by management and is <br />None <br />916703113.doc Aa CA OS GEFPG-ITY & [VILER <br />IN1EN411CNAL INC <br />
