Please note paragraph 5 on the first page <br />and the options noted on page two. <br />This 'clean' septic system must be placed back in operation and inspected or <br />destroyed under permit. Check with the COS to verify IF a tank can even STAY on <br />this site since it supposidly is hooked up to COS sewer. <br />No closure document will be issued til this is resolved. <br />sorry. <br />Michael J.
