The scope of <br /> work within a HSP is somewhat variable and designated personnel or staff might change with <br /> mobilization. To that end, the operator of the excavation tooling is to be determined. However, the <br /> NSP is reviewed in the field and signed or perfected on-site, which is the typical use of a HSP. All <br /> workers will be 40-Hour hazardous waste operator trained, as required under the workplan. <br /> 3 <br />
