How much waste was removed from the site? <br /> • DTSC found HW Violations at PNA Plant (and illegal disposal of HW)—see Manteca News article ; DTSC <br /> has referred lead agency status to Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board for USTs and <br /> Ground Water contamination. <br /> Site appears to be graded and covered from 2013 to 2015—was there a capping project performed at <br /> the site? <br /> • Trench Logs Comments: <br /> • When were logs prepared? <br /> • What was cover thickness? <br /> • Where were samples collected? <br /> • Was waste/native soil contact established at bottom of trench? <br /> • Were perimeter (boundary)trenches absent of disposal fill? <br /> • Were discolored soils sampled?Trench 14, 15, 19, 20 had discolored soils noted in the logs <br /> • Waste Extents &Characteristics data necessary to determine the cost of clean closure or capping area, <br /> e.g. volume and type of disposal facility (Class I, II or III) <br /> 1 <br />
