Complaint Investigation Summary Report #: 5105 <br />COMPLAINT ID: C00052275 Site Location: 0 ARCH RD <br />Activity Summary <br />Activity Date Recorded by <br />03/19/2021 Reviewed and summarized analytical received 3/9/21 from BAKER <br />Aaron@premiumenvironmentalservices.com. The two samples taken on 7/20/20 <br />were taken by the City of Stockton. Ancon Environmental took samples of the <br />waste soil and waste water on 7/24/20. <br />Sample 2007150-01, dated 7-24-20, Soil from bin <br />VOCs (mg/kg) = all results ND <br />TPH Diesel (mg/kg) = 6260 <br />TPH Motor oil (mg/kg) = 4200 <br />TTLC (mg/kg) = Antimony 10.6, Barium 1020, Chromium 21.7, Cobalt 46.8, <br />Copper 2050, Lead 307, Molybdenum 7.5, Nickel 9.8, Silver .5, Vanadium 12.8, <br />Zinc 5360 <br />STLC (mg/I) = Barium 20.9, Copper ND, Lead 217, Zinc 230 <br />TCLP (mg/I) = Lead 4.5 <br />The result for the soil in the bin is that the waste is California Hazardous Waste for <br />lead and zinc. Testing for TTLC, STLC and TCLP metals is complete. This waste <br />was disposed of as hazardous waste. <br />Sample 2007150-02, dated 7-24-20, water from clean-up <br />VOCs (mg/kg) = all results ND <br />TPH Diesel (mg/kg) = 1500 <br />TPH Motor oil (mg/kg) = ND <br />TTLC (mg/kg) = Barium 563, Copper 8, Molybdenum 38, Zinc 395 <br />All of these results for waste water generated from the clean-up are below the <br />hazardous waste regulatory level.
