She said the invoice has been resolved and directed me to Cannon <br />BAKER <br />Gibbs (Safety & Compliance Department) for the disposal records. Emailed <br />Cannon Gibbs at cannon.gibbs@jbhunt.com for the disposal records. <br />02/19/2021 Emailed Cannon Gibbs (Manager II) at Cannon.Gibbs@jbhunt.com regarding the <br />disposal records. <br />BAKER <br />Received job logs, confined space permit, disposal records for liquid and solid <br />waste generated from clean-up and waste profile on 2/19/21 from <br />Aaron@premiumenvironmentalservices.com. Rinse water was disposed of as <br />non hazardous. Waste profile provided citing generator knowledge. A total of <br />6200 gallons was disposed of. <br />Abated complaint as 01-Violations cited & corrected and put in Elena Manzo's <br />(Lead Sr. REHS) inbox for review. <br />03/04/2021 Corrected a 7/16/2020 daily.
