STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />NARRATIVE/SUPPLEMENTAL PAGE 9 OF 13 <br />DATE OF INCIDENT TIME NCIC NUMBER OFFICER I.D. NUMBER <br />07/31/2018 1328 9265 018767 9265-2018-02430 <br />1 Vehicle 1 (V-1) (Chevrolet) was located on its wheels facing an easterly direction in the canal <br />2 north of the roadway and was partially submerged under water. Refer to the Factual Diagram <br />3 Legend for the point-of-rest measurements. V-1 sustained minor damage including, but not <br />4 limited to dents and scraped around the entire vehicle. The front bumper, grille and hood were <br />5 dented and scraped. V-1 was towing a cement mixer trailer that was detached as a result of the <br />6 collision and came to rest on its side blocking the eastbound lane. The trailer sustained dents and <br />7 scrapes. <br />8 <br />9 Party 2 (P-2) (Flores) was located at the scene standing next to V-2. He was transported to San <br />10 Joaquin General Hospital by AMR for treatment of his injuries. He was identified by his valid <br />11 California Driver License. He was determined to be the driver of V-2 by his statement and he is <br />12 employed by the registered owner. <br />13 <br />14 Vehicle 2 (V-2) (Peterbilt) and trailer was located on its right facing a northerly direction and <br />15 blocking both directions of Lone Tree Rd., west of V-1. V-2 sustained minor front end damage <br />16 including but not limited to, the front bumper and grille sustained dents and scrapes. The entire <br />17 right side of V-2 sustained dents and scrapes. <br />18 <br />19 PHYSICAL EVIDENCE <br />20 Tire Friction Marks (TFM's) <br />21 Three TFM's were found at the scene and located and labeled on the Factual Diagram. <br />22 <br />23 Gouge Mark <br />24 A 20 feet wide gouge mark from V-2 sliding on its side was found at the scene. It is located and <br />25 labeled on the Factual Diagram. <br />26 <br />27 Damaged Trees <br />28 Seven young Almond trees were destroyed at the scene.
