Gave to Elena Manzo 'Lead Senior REHSI for review. <br />Sent via mail to property owner and to PGE. <br />Contacted Dave Larsen, Heavy tool technician for PGE. I asked if clean up would <br />occur today. He stated that PARC Environmental should be on-site working on the <br />clean up right now. He stated that he is going to be going to the site and he will <br />update me on clean up. <br />Received a call from Dave Larsen, PGE. Stated that USA Dig has not been <br />approved yet and that clean up will resume tomorrow. He stated that he will notify <br />me. <br />Finished photo log and generated photo log from photos sent to me by Dave <br />Larsen, PGE. <br />Sent photo logs and notice to abate to John Alaniz IREHSI. Updated John on <br />complaint. <br />Called Dave Larsen, PG&E, 916-401-9719. Dave informed me that the spill <br />cleanup was moved to 8/22/2020. Updated Garrett Backus with the spill <br />information. <br />1:10 pm. Received call from Dave Larsen, PG&E, 401-9719, stating that the <br />cleanup work is almost complete. The back yard sandy soil at 229 and 233 <br />Acacia Ave was excavated with a Bobcat to remove spilled mineral oil from a <br />pole-mounted transformer that caught fire. I arrived on-site and took pictures of <br />the cleaned up yards. Cleanup is complete. I discussed the cleanup with Dave <br />Larsen and PSC cleanup crew while on-site. One 60% full roll-off bin of soil waste <br />was generated by the cleanup activities today. The waste is being taken to <br />Forward Landfill according to Dave Larsen. <br />Complaint review. Put GAITAN <br />photo log in ER file. <br />Regular mail return (notification of hazardous waste discharge) mailed on MARTINEZ <br />08-17-20 to: <br />RICARDO OROPEZA, <br />14505 ARAPHAO WAY, <br />MANTECA CA 95336-2567. <br />Was returned as MOVED LEFT NO ADDRESS UNABLE TO FORWARD. <br />Scanned to Laserfiche and gave to Inspector Gaitan. <br />02/16/2021 Put file together.
