Clarify the landfill gas monitoring well grouting detail <br /> illustrated in the final closure plan. <br /> 16. Expound upon the selection of the phi angle utilized in the <br /> slope stability analysis. <br /> 17. Include the 23 CCR, Chapter 15, Article 5, requirements for <br /> ground water monitoring, sampling, testing, analysis, and <br /> reporting. <br /> 18. Address CEQA Notice Of Determination item #3 . <br /> 19. Include an emergency response plan developed pursuant to <br /> 14 CCR, Section 17766. <br /> 20. Revise final closure and postclosure maintenance plan cost <br /> estimates to reflect the above requirements. <br /> Please indicate in writing, within two weeks, when the test pad <br /> design is to be submitted for review. The revised final closure <br /> and postclosure maintenance plans are to be submitted after the <br /> test pad test results have been reported to the reviewing <br /> agencies. <br />
