A gas control system work plan and cost estimates for the construction, <br /> operation, and maintenance of the gas control system must be addressed in <br /> a future revision of the closure and postclosure maintenance plans. The work <br /> plan may be submitted as an appendix to the plans. <br /> 3. We are concerned about the extensive delay in the placement of the final cover <br /> due to test pad failure.
