Hazelton Avenue <br /> Stockton, CA 95205 <br /> RE: Harney Lane Landfill Gas Control System <br /> The Environmental Health Division (EHD) has received and reviewed your comments <br /> in response to our May 11, 1993, letter requesting further information about the <br /> Harney Lane Landfill gas control system. Your June 9, 1993, memorandum <br /> addressed items numbered one through six in our letter. However, the work plan we <br /> requested was not submitted. In order to further evaluate the gas control system a <br /> work plan describing (in text form) the system's operation, maintenance, and testing <br /> shall be submitted to EHD. The following additional information should be included <br /> in the work plan: <br /> 1. Has the North County Landfill received approval to treat and dispose of Harney <br /> Landfill gas condensate? <br /> 2.
