Parcels 1, 2, 4, 5, 11, 13, 19, 28, 32, <br /> 35, 38, 44,45, and 55 have designated leach field areas that encompass the entire front <br /> areas of the parcels. These lots may have to be re-designated by the Civil Engineer prior <br /> to issuance of building permits to meet the San Joaquin County Sewage Standards, <br /> Section 8.4.4 which states no leach field line shall be placed under concrete, blacktop, <br /> roadway or structure. beach lines and disposal fields must be maintained in an open area <br /> and not compacted. Barricades may be required to maintain this area. <br /> The designated leach field area for parcels 47, 48 51, 52, 53, and 54 must be 50 feet from <br /> Mosler Slough. Also, the designated leach field area for Parcel 58 must be 100 feet from <br /> the public well head. <br /> The installation of septic systems shall be conducted under inspection and permit <br /> approval by this Division. The permit fee is $180.00. The installation of a septic system <br /> on each lot can only be installed in the designated disposal area as determined by the soil <br /> suitability and nitrate loading study. The septic system must meet San Joaquin County <br /> Standards for individual disposal systems, which include a septic tank and a double leach <br /> field system with an alternating distribution box. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
