8. Once the work areas have been verified clean through the confirmation testing, <br /> backfilling will be performed. Clean imported gravel/base rock will be placed in <br /> the work zones utilizing a bobcat skid steer loader. Compaction will be obtained <br /> utilizing vibratory whackers. <br /> 9. After the impacted material stockpiled in the rolloff bin(s) has been properly <br /> characterized, profiled, and approved for disposal, it will be transported to the <br /> approved disposal facility(ies). <br /> SECTION 2.0 <br /> PROJECT SAFETY AUTHORITY <br /> A- On-Site Project Safety <br /> Personnel responsible for the project safety are: <br /> Frank Jackson/Project Manager <br /> Jami Davis/ Safety & Health Officer <br /> Lee Soares/Operations Manager <br /> The Site Safety and Health Officer has the authority to suspend work anytime he/she <br /> determines that the provisions of the plan are inadequate to insure worker safety.
