Prior to approval of building construction permit,applicant shall incorporate the following into <br /> construction documents: <br /> a. Specify occupancy. <br /> b. Fire protection systems are dependent on occupancy and shall be installed in accordance <br /> with 2016 CFC. <br /> c. Provide access to each structure with access in accordance with 2016 CFC Section 503 and <br /> San Joaquin County's Fire Apparatus Access Road Standards. <br /> d. Specify water source for fire suppression. If water tanks are proposed,they must conform <br /> to California Fire Code and NFPA 1142 standards. <br /> 2. Prior to approval of building construction permit,applicant shall submit construction documents to <br /> the South San Joaquin County Fire Authority for review and approval. Electronic submittal is <br /> encouraged,but not mandatory.C lick here for more information on the.Electronic Plan Review <br /> Requirements. <br /> 3. At time of application to South San Joaquin County Fire Authority,additional requirements may <br /> be required,based on submittal and review. <br /> 4. Prior to final inspection,emergency radio responder coverage shall be tested for each building in <br /> accordance with 2016 CFC Section 510.
