Reattach and seal by 2-4 weeks. <br /> Walls outside and inside large storage room (close to back exit)are damaged and absorbent. Walls are soft. Part of wall <br /> base has ceramic coving and another spot lacks base altogether. Repair wall so that it is smooth, cleanable, and non <br /> absorbent. Install base that extends at least 4 inches into wall. <br /> Womens locker room currently has ceramic floors and base(some areas still lack base-ran out of materials). Rest room <br /> floors lack flooring. Continue repairs by installing ceramic floors and base. Base in rest room shall be coved with 3/8 inch <br /> radius coving that shall extend at least 4 inches into wall. Continue to replace base in locker room. If mens rest room and <br /> locker room floors are updated, they shall have same finish. <br /> Ware washing room's floors are not smooth, cleanable, and non absorbent. It appears that floors were jack hammered <br /> many years ago. Concrete was poured and floors were never sealed. Floors shall be smoothed and sealed. <br /> Make all necessary repairs by 1 month. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:The walls/ceilings shall have durable,smooth,nonabsorbent,light-colored,and washable surfaces. All floor <br /> surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br /> cleanable.Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas,except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br /> unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.
