The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been <br /> addressed for Harney Lane 76 as of June 23 , 2021 . <br /> Open violations from May 04, 2021 inspection <br /> Violation #5 - Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on <br /> site. <br /> OBSERVATION : The hazardous material inventory is not accurate . The following car wash materials were found <br /> on site and have not been reported to CERS : <br /> -A white plastic drum (approximately 55 gallons) of Hyper Suds foaming detergent was found in the storage room at <br /> the west end of the store <br /> -A white plastic container (approximately 100 gallons) of sodium hydroxide solution was found in the storage room <br /> at the west end of the store . <br /> The hazardous material inventory was not submitted within 30 days of storing hazardous materials on site . Per <br /> Sandeep Dhanda , they received their first fuel delivery on 06/ 10/2020 but the hazardous material inventory was not <br /> submitted until 02/09/2021 . <br /> The inventory was submitted late for 2021 . <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE : Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the <br /> facility's business plan . <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS : Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br /> http ://cers . calepa . ca . gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory , and submit to the EHD for <br /> approval . <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date) : <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : <br /> Violation #6 - Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br /> OBSERVATION : The site map is incomplete . The site map is missing the following : <br /> -The chemical name of the items listed as 87 and 91 is not labeled with the chemical name. These items should be <br /> documented as gasoline . <br /> -The car wash chemicals observed in the storage room at the west end of the store is not documented on the map . <br /> -The map is missing the storm drains located at the gas island and the north/south east corners of the parking lot. <br /> -The site map indicates that the spill kit/absorbent is located in the storage room at the west end of the store . The <br /> spill kit was observed in the office . <br /> The site map was not submitted within 30 days of storing hazardous materials on site . Per Sandeep Dhanda , they <br /> received their first fuel delivery on 06/10/2020 but the site map was not submitted until 02/09/2021 . <br /> The site map was submitted late for 2021 . <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE : A site map shall contain a north orientation , loading areas , internal roads , adjacent <br /> streets , storm and sewer drains , access and exit points, emergency shutoffs , evacuation staging areas , hazardous <br /> material handling and storage areas , and emergency response equipment. <br /> If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as " NA" . <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION : Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br /> http ://cers . calepa . ca . gov/, upload the correct or updated information , and submit to the EHD for approval . <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />
