Corrective action <br /> is currently ongoing at the facility and will continue until the ground water <br /> is cleaned up the satisfaction of the Board. <br /> Standards for Vadose Zone Soil-Pore Liquid <br /> After four quarters of sampling data have been obtained for the background <br /> lysimeter, background values for vadose zone indicator parameters will be <br /> calculated. Upon acceptance and/or revision by the Board, the background values <br /> will be used as Water Quality Protection Standards. <br /> Statistical Procedures for Determining Significant Increases <br /> The significance of increases in indicator parameters and waste constituents over <br /> water quality protection standards shall be established through the use of the <br /> following statistical procedures: <br /> REPORTING <br /> In reporting the monitoring data, the Discharger shall arrange the data in <br /> tabular form so that the date, the constituents, the concentrations, and the <br /> units are readily discernible. The data shall be summarized in such a manner <br /> so as to illustrate clearly the compliance with waste discharge requirements or <br /> lack thereof. <br />
