MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM <br /> GOLDEN GATE FRESH FOODS, INC. <br /> VICTOR FINE FOODS <br /> TREA i PTENT PLANT AND <br /> CLASS II SURFACE IMPOUNDMENT <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> Monthly monitoring reports shall be submitted to the Board by the 15th day of <br /> the month following the month in which the samples were taken or observations <br /> made. <br /> The results of any monitoring done more frequently than required at the locations <br /> specified herein shall be reported to the Board. <br /> A report shall be submitted to the Board by 30 January of each year containing <br /> both tabular and graphical summaries of the monitoring data obtained during the <br /> previous year. The report shall include a discussion of compliance with the <br /> waste discharge requirements. <br /> The Discharger shall implement the above monitoring program on the effective date <br /> of this Order. <br /> Ordered by <br /> WILLIAM H.
