i VFF DEEP INJECTION WELL NO. 1 Drilling History Page S 3/18/90 Ran 2832 ' of 7" 23 lb K-SS , 8 Rd , LT & C casing. Shoe at 2829' and float collar at 2786 ' . RU Halliburton and cemented casing with 668 sacks Halliburton light , S. 2% gel , followed by 1SO sacks Class G and 1% CaC12 . Displaced with 100 bbl of mud and 7 bbl of water . Got 1-1/2 bbl of cement returns . CIP at 0622 hrs'. WOC . Cut off 7" and 10-3/4" casing . Cement settled back to 75 ' below GL . Topped off with 34 sacks Class G and 3% CaC12 pumped through 3/4" pipe at 75 ' below GL . 3/19/90 Welded on 7" casing head and tested to 1000 psi - okay . Set BOP and nippled up . Tested blind rams to 1400 psi . MU BHA with 6- 1/4" bit . RIH. Tested pipe rams to 1000 psi . Drilled to 2830 ' ( 1 ' below casing shoe) and POH . 3/20/90 MU WSO test tool and RIH . Set packer in 7" casing and opened tool at 0112 hrs . Very light blow ; dead after 48 min. Shut in 30 min , then POH. Total fluid rise = SO ' , all drilling mud . MU BHA and RIH . Circulated . Performed leak off test. (results below) . Third stroke and seventh stroke were missed because pump controls made it difficult to pump one stroke at a time. Pres- sure was observed between strokes and there was no bleed-off until last stroke . Final pressure (900 psi ) dropped 2S psi in 3 minutes . Pump Strokes - 0 2 + 5 6 8 WHP(Psig) - O O 3SO S10 650 900 Reamed and cleaned out to 2887 ' . POH. Changed to 4- 3/4" drill collars . RIH. Reamed from 2978 ' to 3090 ' . Circulated and tripped for new bit . 3/21/90 RIH . Reamed from 3090 ' to 3376' . Circulated , wiped hole and circulated clean . POH. MU liner . RIH and hung liner one foot off bottom at 3375 ' . Top of hanger at 2771 ' . Liner consists of 14 joints of S-1/2" 17 lb K-SS smis , Security flush joint , slot- ted 2 , 813 ' - 3 , 373 ' with 0 . 040" x 2 . 5" slots , 96 slots/ft . Bull nose and bailer plate on bottom. Top 40 ' of top joint is blank , with 8rd LT & C collar on top. Hanger (2 . 17 ' long) is Baker Simplex , mechanical set .
