VFF DEEP INJECTION WELL NO. 1 Logging & Testing Operations Page 3 Pumped at average rate of 203 gpm until 1552 hours; reduced rate and injected at 142 gpm until 1620 hours, then reduced rate again and injected at average rate of 98 gpm until 1846 hours. Stopped pumping and shut in well at 1846 hours. Total injection time = 4 hours 44 minutes. Total volume of water injected = 40 , 605 gal . WHP = 0 psig throughout the injection test. Flo-Log logging truck AOL at 1430 hours and RU to run temperature and R/A tracer surveys with well on injection. Zeroed at swab gate and started in hole at 1530 hours. Logged temperature and CCL in hole from 200 ' to 2 , 850 ' at 80 fpm. Logged liner top at 2 , 767 ' . Reset depth counter to put liner top at 2 , 771 ' which is the driller-reported depth from KB. Did not log below 2 , 860 ' because of a fish in the liner . (Refer to report for 3/30/90 . ) Flo-Log performed standard R/A tracer migration checks at casing shoe. Surveys indicate no migration of injection water upward behind the casing . Finished R/A tracer logging at 1055 hours. Started uppass with spinner to check integrity of 7" casing , but spinner was behaving very erratically. Made R/A tracer velocity shots instead of spinner . Fluid travel times at 2700 ' - 27501 , 2000 ' - 2050 ' , 1000 ' - 1050 ' , and 200' - 250 ' were all 55 sec- onds. Casing checks okay. Logged spinner for last 100 ' out of hole and found water cascading to solid fluid level 22 ' below ground level . Out of hole with temperature , spinner and R/A tracer tools at 1715 hours. Flo-Log made up Terra-Tek quartz pressure logging tool and start- ed in hole at 1725 hours. Pressure readings going in the hole were as follows : 14 . 79 psia in atmosphere ; 7. 31 psia inside wellhead ( injecting on a vacuum) ; 429. 62 psia at 1 ,0001 ; 860. 59 psia at 2 ,000 ' . Hung pressure logging tool at 2 ,850 ' at 1739 hours. Continued injection at average rate of 96 gpm until well was shut in at 1846 hours. Recorded pressure at 2 ,850 ' until 2105 hours, then POH and RD. Final injection pressure = 1 , 227. 74 psia. Shut-in pressure at 2100 hours = 1 ,216 . 67 psia (stable) .
