This is <br /> provided for your information at the suggestion of Antonia Vorster of <br /> CRWQCB. <br /> In order to expedite the construction process, we are requesting appli- <br /> cations and information on any permits that will be required for construc- <br /> ting the injection well . It has been mentioned that a well permit, <br /> conditional use permit and building permit would be required for this <br /> project. Please provide some clarifications as to permit requirements in <br /> San Joaquin County. <br /> Given the issuance of the EPA permit in early November, 1989, it is planned <br /> to drill the well in December so that the appurtenant facilities may be <br /> designed and constructed in time for the start-up date of March 1, 1990, as <br /> required by CRWQCB.
