MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM -2- <br /> GOLDEN GATE FRESH FOODS, INC. <br /> VICTOR FINE FOODS <br /> TREATMENT PLANT AND <br /> CLASS II SURFACE IMPOUNDMENT <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> EXTRACTED GROUND WATER MONITORING <br /> Samples shall be collected at a point prior to commingling with the pretreatment <br /> plant effluent. <br /> The following shall constitute the extracted ground water monitoring program: <br /> Type of Sampling <br /> Constituents Units Sample Frequency <br /> Flow mgd Continuous Daily <br /> Electrical Conductivity Nmhos/cm 24-hr Composite Weekly <br /> Total Dissolved Solids mg/l 24-hr Composite twice per <br /> month <br /> EQUALIZATION/EMERGENCY STORAGE BASIN MONITORING <br /> Freeboard shall be measured daily in the EESB. <br /> LCRS Leachate Monitoring <br /> The equalization/emergency storage basin LCRS sump shall be inspected daily for <br /> leachate generation. Upon detection of measurable leachate in a previously dry <br /> LCRS, the Discharger shall immediately sample the leachate and shall continue <br /> to sample the leachate at the following frequencies thereafter.
