Highway 99 Frontage Road <br /> Lodi, CA 95240 <br /> is hereby authorized to construct and operate a Class I non- <br /> hazardous injection well identified as Deep Injection Well #1 <br /> located at <br /> Highway 99 Frontage Road (between Woodbridge Road & <br /> Clarksdale Road) <br /> San Joaquin County, California <br /> T 4 N, R 7 E, Section 31 NW 1/4 <br /> into the Domengine Formation, upon the express condition that the <br /> permittee meet the restrictions set forth herein . Injection <br /> shall not commence until the operator has received written <br /> authorization, from the Director, to inject. <br /> All references to Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations are <br /> to all regulations that are in effect on the date that this per- <br /> mit is effective.
